1. Product Overview
The GW series pipeline clog-free sewage pump is a new generation of vertical pipeline sewage transfer equipment optimized for domestic water supply and drainage working conditions. Featuring advanced hydraulic performance and scientific structural design, it integrates clog-free sewage discharge, energy-saving operation, convenient installation and intelligent control. It effectively solves the common defects of traditional sewage pumps, such as easy winding and clogging, high energy consumption and complicated maintenance. Adopting a mechatronic integrated structure, the pump can be directly installed vertically on any pipeline without pipe reconstruction or dedicated pump room. It is suitable for conveying clean water, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater containing fibrous impurities and solid particles. Widely applied in municipal drainage, industrial wastewater treatment, building water supply and drainage, and water conservancy projects, it serves as a high-efficiency, energy-saving and reliable pipeline sewage discharge device.

Compact Mechatronic Structure：The pump and motor adopt a direct coaxial connection design with an integrated and compact structure. It eliminates the transmission loss of traditional split structures, ensuring stable operation, low failure rate and smaller occupation space.
Large-flow Anti-clog Hydraulic Design：Equipped with a customized wide-channel impeller and optimized volute structure without fluid dead angles, the pump delivers excellent anti-winding and anti-clog performance. It can smoothly pass fibrous impurities 5 times the pump caliber and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump caliber, perfectly adapting to complex impurity-containing sewage conditions.
High-wear Hardened Mechanical Seal：The sealing component is made of high-hardness wear-resistant tungsten carbide material with outstanding wear resistance, corrosion resistance and aging resistance. It can withstand long-term scouring of sewage media and support continuous safe operation for more than 8,000 hours, effectively preventing water leakage and extending the service life of the pump.
Integrated Pipeline Installation Structure：The inlet and outlet centerlines are on the same horizontal line with unified flange specifications. The pump can be installed like a valve at any position of the pipeline system, realizing extremely convenient installation, disassembly and maintenance without complex construction work.
