The model of ZJ slurry pump consists of the outlet size and ZJ series logo. For example, 200ZJ-60 means that the outlet size of the pump is 200 mm, and the ZJ series logo indicates that it is a light slurry pump, suitable for conveying medium and low concentration slurry.

Scope of application
ZJ slurry pump is suitable for handling corrosive slurry containing solid particles, such as processing concentrate and tailings in ore dressing plants, removing ash and slag in power plants, conveying coal slime and heavy medium coal preparation in coal preparation plants, conveying slurry in coastal river sand mining operations, etc.

Structural features
Double-layer casing structure
The pump casing of ZJ slurry pump is a double-layer casing structure, the outer layer is a metal pump casing, and the inner shell can be made of high-chromium alloy cast iron or rubber to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the pump.

Impeller and shaft seal
The impeller of ZJ slurry pump is composed of front cover, rear cover, blades, and back blades, and the material is high-chromium alloy cast iron. The shaft seal device has three types: auxiliary impeller + packing combination seal, packing seal, and mechanical seal.

Transmission mode
The transmission mode of ZJ slurry pump includes V-belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency conversion drive device, thyristor speed control, etc.
