Detailed Quality Control Details
Surface Treatment Control: Derust, degrease and dedust the complete machine with clean surface free from rust, oil stains and impurities. The derusting grade reaches Sa2.5 for painting base treatment.Painting Process Control: Apply anti-rust primer first and then topcoat. The paint film shall be uniform without sagging, bubbles, peeling and missing coating. Protect flow components and matching surfaces strictly to avoid paint pollution.Marking Control: Paste clear nameplates on each unit, marking model, parameters, factory number, production date and manufacturer information. Mark key components to realize full-process traceability.Packaging Protection Control: Install protective covers on inlet and outlet flanges, and conduct anti-rust protection for shaft ends and threads. Fix the whole machine firmly with moisture-proof, shock-proof and anti-rust packaging to avoid collision, rust and deformation during transportation. Attach complete accessories including qualification certificate, test report, instruction manual and accessory list.
