    Performance Verification Control

    7. Complete Machine Test Quality Control (Performance Verification Control)

After assembly, hydraulic pressure test, no-load test and load performance test are carried out to verify the sealing performance, stability and hydraulic performance of the pump, ensuring no unqualified products leave the factory.

7.1 Hydraulic Pressure Test (Sealing and Pressure Resistance Control)

Test objects: Pressure-bearing components including pump bodies, pump covers and seal cavities. The test pressure is 1.5 times the rated working pressure.
Quality control details: Maintain pressure for 30 minutes. Observe pump body welds, flanges, sealing surfaces and threaded holes throughout the process. No seepage, leakage, sweating, deformation and bulging are allowed. Qualified only if no obvious pressure drop occurs, and no permanent deformation exists after pressure relief.

    7.2 No-load Operation Test

Run the complete machine at no load for 30 minutes. Check operational status: no abnormal vibration, harsh noise and friction abnormal noise; bearing temperature rise ≤40℃.
Monitor motor current and speed with stable operating parameters without overload and fluctuation.

    7.3 Load Hydraulic Performance Test

Simulate actual working conditions with water/slurry medium to detect flow rate, head, efficiency and shaft power. All parameters shall conform to nameplate standards with errors within national allowable range.
Detect operational vibration and noise: effective vibration velocity ≤4.5mm/s, noise ≤85dB with stable operation and no jitter.
Record all performance parameters after the test and form a single-unit performance test report. Disassemble, rework and retest units with unqualified parameters.
