Complete Machine Assembly Quality Control (Core Assembly Control)
Assembly precision directly determines the vibration, noise, sealing performance and operational stability of slurry pumps. Standardized assembly and full-process quality control with unit-by-unit records are implemented.
Detailed Quality Control Details
Assembly Sequence Control: Assemble strictly in accordance with assembly process procedures (internal parts first, external parts later; fixed parts first, transmission parts later) to avoid disordered assembly, missing assembly and wrong assembly.
Precise Gap Control: Strictly control the axial and radial gaps between impellers and guard plates. Too small gaps cause friction and burnout; too large gaps reduce pump efficiency and aggravate wear. All gaps shall comply with drawing standards and be recorded unit by unit with feeler gauges.
Seal Assembly Control: Install mechanical seals flat without offset and extrusion with uniform spring elasticity. Fill packing seals evenly with moderate compaction to prevent eccentric wear and leakage. Coat sealing surfaces with special lubricant to avoid assembly scratches.
Bearing Assembly Control: Adopt hot mounting process for bearing installation; violent knocking is prohibited. Fill bearing grease with moderate and uniform dosage without oil shortage or overflow. Rotate the pump manually after assembly to ensure flexible rotation without jamming and abnormal noise.
Bolt Tightening Control: Tighten all connecting bolts diagonally and uniformly with standard torque to prevent uneven tightness. Focus on tightening bolts of pump bodies, bearing housings and end covers to avoid water leakage and vibration caused by loose operation.
Coaxiality Correction: Correct the coaxiality and end face parallelism of pump and motor couplings after assembly. The coaxiality deviation shall be ≤0.05mm to prevent operational vibration and early bearing damage.
Assembly Self-inspection and Recording: Operators conduct self-inspection and QC personnel conduct re-inspection after assembly. Fill in assembly quality control records and retain assembly data of each unit.
