- Commodity name: Machining Quality Control (Precision Control)
Machining determines the fitting precision, coaxiality and sealing performance of components, which is the key link to ensure stable operation, low vibration and zero leakage of slurry pumps. All machined parts undergo self-inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection during processing.
Machining determines the fitting precision, coaxiality and sealing performance of components, which is the key link to ensure stable operation, low vibration and zero leakage of slurry pumps. All machined parts undergo self-inspection, patrol inspection and final inspection during processing.3.1 Pre-machining Quality Control
Verify part drawings and process documents to confirm machining parameters and precision requirements. Inspect machine tool precision and tool wear status, calibrate equipment regularly and replace worn tools in a timely manner.Re-inspect blank quality, remove blank burrs and oxide scales, and confirm no hidden defects before machining.3.2 In-process Machining Quality Control Details
Shaft Machining Control: The pump shaft is the core transmission component. Strictly control its roundness, cylindricity and coaxiality. The roughness of shaft journal matching surface is ≤Ra1.6μm, and the coaxiality error is ≤0.02mm to prevent shaft bending, eccentricity, operational vibration and bearing wear. The size, depth and symmetry of key grooves strictly comply with national standards with a tolerance of ±0.03mm.Pump Body and Guard Plate Machining Control: Flange mounting surfaces, sealing end faces and spigot surfaces shall be smooth and flat with flatness error ≤0.03mm and qualified roughness. The position of threaded holes and mounting holes shall be accurate without offset holes and broken threads, ensuring tight fitting and zero leakage during assembly.Impeller Machining Control: Polish impeller flow channels smoothly without machining burrs and uneven surfaces to avoid slurry turbulence and local accelerated wear. Ensure accurate impeller outer diameter and hub matching size, and control the shaft fitting gap within the design range to prevent loose connection or assembly jamming.In-process Patrol Inspection: Sample 1 piece for every 10 processed parts, record machining dimensions throughout the process, correct machine tool deviation in a timely manner and avoid batch dimensional errors.3.3 Post-machining Final Inspection
After machining, all components are fully inspected by QC personnel using precision tools such as micrometers, dial indicators, roughness meters and feeler gauges. Unqualified parts are reworked if possible; irreparable parts are scrapped directly. Qualified parts are labeled and stored separately.
