SP Series Submersible Slurry Pump Assembly Tutorial

1. Install the bearings on the bearing box and bearing seat respectively.
2. Install the shaft into the bearing seat, fix it with bolts, tighten the adjustment screws, and install the bearing on the support seat, and put the water retaining ring in the appropriate position of the lower bearing.
3. Install the felt ring on the bearing end cover A, C and the bearing box.
4. Install the bearing end cover B and C on the bearing seat and tighten them with bolts.
5. Put the bearing box with the bearing installed on the shaft, screw on the round nut, and fasten the bearing end cover A to the bearing box.
6. Install the motor support on the bearing seat and fasten it with bolts, install the coupling component on the upper end of the shaft, and fasten the motor coupling to the motor shaft head with the fastening screws, install the motor on the motor support, and fasten it with bolts and nuts.
7. Fix the connecting pipe on the bearing seat, install the pump cover on the lower part of the connecting pipe, install the impeller on the lower part of the shaft and tighten it, install the front cover of the pump body in turn, and fix it with bolts. Use the adjusting screws at the bearing box to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front cover. After adjustment, tighten it with nuts and bolts.
8. Install the asbestos pad, liquid outlet elbow, and liquid outlet pipe fittings in the order of pump output, and fix them on the support seat.
