The ZJ type slurry pump is a single-stage single-suction centrifugal slurry pump. The pump body adopts an internal and external bimetallic structure. The pump shell is a vertical open-type outlet that can be rotated to eight different positions at 45° intervals. This product is efficient, energy-saving, has a long service life, is light in weight, has a reasonable structure, reliable operation, and is easy to maintain. It is suitable for industries such as electricity, metallurgy, coal, and building materials. The treatment medium is an abrasive or corrosive slurry containing solid particles. The solid-liquid mixed concentration of slurry is 45%, and the slurry is 60%. The medium temperature is ≤60°C. This type of pump can be used in multiple stages.

Pump body, pump cover and flow-through parts: This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical center-type, double pump shell structure slurry pumps. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal liners. The lining material is a high-chromium wear-resistant alloy material. The lining can be used until it is worn out, extending the maintenance cycle and reducing operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.

Bearing assembly: The bearing assembly of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole for maintenance. The bearing is lubricated with grease.

Shaft seal (seal): The shaft seal types of the pump include packing seal, impeller seal, and mechanical seal.

Transmission mode: There are V-belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency conversion drive device, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, the V-belt drive includes CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, and ZR drive.
