WN series dredging pump is a kind of mud pump developed by our XO-pump company in response to the current situation that domestic rivers, lakes and seas have been in disrepair for a long time, and dredging and filling work are imminent. This series of pumps are single-stage single-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps. The mud pump system is mainly composed of pump head, reduction gearbox, high elastic coupling, marine transmission device monitoring system. It has the characteristics of good overall structure and good marine performance, excellent dredging performance, long life and high efficiency, reliable shaft seal, good comprehensive economic benefits, etc., which can meet the requirements of dredgers for mud pumps.

Simple and reliable structure

200WN-500WN dredging pump adopts a single pump shell, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure as a whole. According to the connection method with the gearbox, two typical structures can be provided, namely, self-contained bracket type and pump box integrated type. The lubrication method of the self-contained bracket type is grease lubrication or thin oil lubrication.

The 600WN-1000WN dredging pump adopts a double-shell pump, a single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure, with its own bracket, and the lubrication method is forced thin oil lubrication. The flexible design of the double-shell pump allows the sleeve to be used until it is almost worn out, and when the sleeve is broken, the pump chamber will not enter the water.

Easy to disassemble and repair

The WN dredging pump adopts a front disassembly structure, which is simple to disassemble and repair; at the same time, according to the structural characteristics of each component, it is equipped with a disassembly tool to facilitate disassembly and assembly.

The impeller and the shaft are connected by a standard four-start trapezoidal thread, which can transmit strong torque and facilitate disassembly and assembly; at the same time, an impeller disassembly exchange is provided at the sleeve to facilitate the disassembly of the impeller.

The WN dredging pump has good cavitation performance to ensure that the dredging pump has a strong suction capacity, and can achieve greater dredging and higher inhalable concentration.

The impeller flow channel width of the WN type mud pump is large, and the mud pump's own good flow capacity is a good guarantee for the performance range of the dredger. It can continuously pump gravel or high plastic clay without clogging.

The flow and head curves of the WN type mud pump drop steeply, making the mud pump more adaptable to changes in the displacement.

Multiple adjustments of pump performance can be achieved

The WN type mud pump can adjust the head at the same flow rate by changing the speed of the impeller. Or change the impeller diameter.

Good wear resistance and long life of flow parts

The impeller, sleeve, front and rear guard plates (wear-resistant bushings) of the flow parts of the WN type mud pump are made of strong wear-resistant alloy cast iron (KmTBCr27), with a hardness of not less than 58HRC, and have strong impact resistance and high abrasion resistance.

Small hydraulic loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption

Due to the use of advanced hydraulic models, the mud pump has a high efficiency level. The efficiency level of MN mud pump is 2-3 percentage points higher than that of imported mud pumps on average, so lower energy consumption can be achieved at the same output.
