1. This series of gravel pumps are mainly horizontal centrifugal pumps with single pump shell structure. The pump body and pump cover are clamped with special clamps. The discharge direction of the pump can be at any position of 360 degrees, which is easy to install and use.
2. The bearing assembly of the gravel pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient for adjusting the gap between the impeller and the pump body, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearing is lubricated with grease.
3. The shaft seal forms of the gravel pump include packing seal, impeller seal, and mechanical seal.
4. The gravel pump has a wide flow channel, good cavitation performance, high efficiency, and wear resistance.
5. The transmission methods mainly include V-belt drive, elastic coupling drive, gear reducer drive, hydraulic coupling drive, frequency conversion drive, thyristor speed control, etc.
6. The material of the flow-through parts is high-hardness wear-resistant alloy cast iron.
7. A variety of speeds and various variants are used to make the pump operate under the best working conditions. It has a long service life, high operating efficiency, and can meet a variety of harsh transportation conditions.
