Fault 4: Short bearing life
Reason: The motor shaft and the pump shaft are not aligned or parallel, the shaft is bent, there is friction in the pump, or the impeller loses balance, foreign matter enters the bearing, or the amount of grease is improper, and the bearing is not assembled properly
Solution: Adjust the motor shaft and the pump shaft to replace the shaft, clean the shaft to eliminate friction, replace the impeller with a new bearing or reassemble the bearing.

Fault 5: Severe leakage at the packing
Reason: Severe wear of the packing, serious wear of the sleeve, and unclean sealing water
Solution: Update the packing, replace the sleeve, and replace clean sealing water.

Fault 6: Pump vibration and loud noise
Reason: Bearing damage, unbalanced impeller, suction pipe intake, blockage, uneven flow, pump evacuation
Solution: Replace new bearings, replace new impellers, clear intake, clean blockages, and improve pump feeding conditions
