Fault 1: The Slurry pump does not absorb water
Reason: Leakage in the suction pipe or packing, incorrect direction, or impeller damage, suction pipe blockage
Solution: Block the leaking part, check the direction, replace the new impeller, and remove the blockage

Fault 2: Excessive shaft power
Reason: The packing gland is too tight, the packing is hot, the pump is produced, the friction bearing is damaged, the drive belt is too tight, the pump flow is too large, the speed is too high, the specific gravity, the motor shaft and the pump shaft are not centered or parallel
Solution: Loosen the packing gland bolts, eliminate friction, replace the bearings, adjust the belts, adjust the operating conditions of the pump, adjust the speed, adjust the motor shaft and the pump shaft

Fault 3: Bearing overheating
Reason: Too much or too little bearing grease, there are debris in the grease, and the bearing is damaged
Solution: Add grease appropriately, update the grease, and replace the bearings
