Slurry Pump

1. High chromium wear-resistant cast iron A05 (KmTTBCr27):
This material has high hardness, with a heat treatment hardness of HRC58-62, and has good abrasion resistance. As for alkaline mixed liquids, it has good corrosion resistance and can be used in working conditions with strong abrasion. The casting process of high chromium cast iron is difficult and the processing is challenging. But its long lifespan and moderate price make it the most widely used material for slurry pumps.

2. A07 (KmTTBCr15Mo3)
A07 is a wear-resistant material developed on the basis of KmTTBCr15Mo3. KmTTBCr15Mo3 is currently recognized as an excellent wear-resistant material in the world, generally used in the transportation of high concentration, high lift and strong abrasion slurry. However, due to its high price, its application is limited to some extent.
Heat treatment hardness: HRC58-70
The material is brittle and is used for abrasive wear under moderate impact loads
When the median particle size of solid materials is coarse, Cr15Mo3 is used, and when the median particle size is fine, KmTBCr27 is recommended.

3. A49 (duplex stainless white cast iron)
This material not only has the wear resistance of high chromium alloy, but also has good corrosion resistance and strong acid resistance, especially suitable for pumps in flue gas desulfurization systems. It is a specialized metal material for flue gas desulfurization pumps, with excellent performance and long service life.
Heat treatment hardness: HRC44-50
Corrosion resistance: Austenite endows it with corrosion resistance, which can withstand the corrosion of sulfuric acid solution with pH 4, sodium hydroxide solution with pH 13, and a certain concentration of CL - Wear resistance: Carbides endow the alloy with wear resistance, mainly resisting the wear of gypsum solid particles

4. A33 (duplex stainless white cast iron)
This material not only has the wear resistance of high chromium alloy, but also has good corrosion resistance and strong acid resistance, especially suitable for pumps for phosphoric acid and nitric acid. It is a special metal material for phosphoric acid pumps, with excellent performance and long service life.
Heat treatment hardness: HRC35-50 l Corrosion resistance: Austenite endows it with corrosion resistance and can withstand sulfuric acid solutions with a pH of 1.
Wear resistance: Carbides endow the alloy with wear resistance, mainly resisting media such as phosphogypsum, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.

5. Rubber lining
There are two main types of rubber: natural rubber and synthetic rubber, mainly suitable for fine particles without sharp edges. Natural rubber has good elasticity, sealing performance, and strong abrasion resistance. In the application of slurry pump materials, rubber has developed rapidly due to its excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and cavitation resistance. It is particularly ideal for use in power plant flue gas desulfurization conditions, with a service life of up to five years.
