How to adjust the impeller clearance of the AH slurry pump?
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the pump, it is necessary to regularly adjust the impeller clearance of the AH slurry pump.
The following are the specific steps for adjusting the impeller clearance of AH horizontal slurry pump：
1.After stopping the pump， loosen the four bolts that secure the bearing assembly.
2.Loosen the adjustment bolt.
3.Rotate this screw nut to move the bearing assembly forward until the impeller rubs against the front guard plate.
4. Tighten the screw nut.
5.Loosen the rear nut.
6.Rotate this nut to retract the bearing assembly by 0.5-1 mm.
7.Then, tighten the rear nut.
8.Tighten the four bearing clamp bolts.
9. Following the adjustment, a thorough inspection must be performed to verify:
*The impeller rotates freely anf smoothly.
*The bearing assembly clamp bolt and adjustment bolt are properly torqued.
Only after confirming these points should the pump be started.
